Refund Policy
This policy covers custom digital products and related services supplied by Nexo Mechanics Ltd.
Cancellation before or shortly after development begins
You may cancel an order and receive a full refund at any time before development begins. If development has already begun, you may still cancel for a full refund provided your written request reaches us within three calendar days of the development start date. After that three-day window the statutory cooling-off right will be deemed waived for the bespoke digital content we are creating.
Late delivery
If we miss the agreed delivery date or any updated and agreed upon delivery dates by more than fourteen days you may cancel the contract and we will refund you in full or partially depending on the work completed.
Defective software
If the delivered software does not conform to the specification you must notify us within thirty days of hand-over. We will correct the defect within a reasonable time. If we are unable to do so you may claim an appropriate reduction in the price or, where the defect is fundamental, a full refund of the amount paid for the defective element.
How to request a refund
To request a refund you must e-mail mail@nexomechanics.com quoting the project reference, describing the problem, and stating the remedy you are seeking. We will confirm eligibility within ten business days and, if a refund is due, return the payment within fourteen days using the original method.
Exclusions
We cannot offer a refund once you have accepted and deployed the final code, nor can we accept liability if a third-party platform changes in a way that renders the software incompatible after delivery.
