The Brief
ChartsConnect needed a platform that could take trading signals from TradingView and route them automatically to trade execution and delivery destinations, while giving users tools to build strategies and manage risk without writing code.
What We Did
Strategy Genesis A TradingView Pine Script strategy that lets users build their own trading strategies using any indicator in the TradingView library, without needing to code. It generates buy and sell signals and outputs them in a format compatible with the rest of the ChartsConnect system.
Risk Management Plugin A separate Pine Script strategy layered on top of Strategy Genesis. Adds complex risk management to signal output, including take profit levels, stop loss, multiple TPs, trailing stop loss, breakeven, static layering, and dynamic layering. Used for both live signal generation and strategy backtesting.
MT5 Expert Advisor An MQL5 Expert Advisor that connects to the ChartsConnect platform and receives signals in real-time. Includes its own built-in risk management module matching the capabilities of the Risk Management Plugin, and authenticates against user accounts on the platform.
AI Trading Adviser An AI-powered signal validation system that analyses any incoming trading signal across up to three timeframes. It combines technical indicator analysis, visual chart pattern recognition, and real-time news sentiment to produce a probability score between 0 and 100. The score indicates how well current market conditions align with the signal direction, and can be used to filter signals before execution.
Telegram Bot A Go-based Telegram bot that links users to their ChartsConnect accounts and delivers trading signals and price alerts to their configured Telegram channels and groups. Supports the full range of signal types generated by the platform, including dynamic chains, hedged positions, and all exit types, with formatted messages and status indicators.
AI Chat Bot A Python-based customer support bot using OpenAI and FAISS vector search against a knowledge base of platform documentation. Operates in two modes: a pre-sale mode for prospective users and a support mode for existing customers, with escalation to the support team when needed.
