Project Manager is the platform Nexo Mechanics runs on. Built from scratch to replace the patchwork of spreadsheets and third-party tools that couldn’t keep up with the volume of work, it now sits at the centre of how projects are tracked, billed, and delivered.
What It Does
The platform is role-based, with separate views and permissions for employees and clients. Employees use it to manage tasks, log time, and track project progress. Clients use it to stay updated on their work without needing to chase for updates.
On the financial side, it handles invoicing and tracks costs across projects, giving a clear picture of where time and money are going across the business.
